AbstractSafe "good welfare"self-help medical claims to allow customers to enjoy fast,convenient compensation services for the model.The purpose of improving the quality ofclaims is to improve the quality of claims.At the same time as the national "Internet plus"action plan to promote and enhance the strategic positioning of the insurance industry.Thesafety of the pension insurance will accelerate the change,use the Internet to improve theservice process and speed up the strategic layout of the financial Internet,which is theinevitable trend of the future.Through the field investigation of Huilongguan community,this paper analyzes thecurrent situation and effect of"good welfare".From the respondents,we found that the pagelayout plan of the "good welfare"in the use process needs to be adjusted,the operationprocess of self help claims is to be improved,the reimbursement process cannot be followedup in real time,and some related suggestions are put forward for these problems.To betterserve the community residents,believe that the "good welfare"self-help medical claimsbusiness in the new situation will have a greater development.Keywords:Safety "good welfare";self-help claims;medical claims;satisfaction
