北京理工大学珠海学院2016届本科生毕业论文Equity incentive and financial performance in real estate industryAbstractSince January 2006,the equity incentive market has been explored and developed for 14years.Application mode is gradually explored and clarified by enterprises.By the end of 2019,according to the data statistics of Dongfang wealth choice,more than 2000 A-share listedcompanies in China have tried and implemented equity incentive schemes.The real estateindustry has been one of the mainstays of Chinese economy,and the real estate enterprise is acomprehensive industry integrating traditional manufacturing industry and service-orientedindustry,the division of labor and coordination of all levels of real estate is highly required,and no effort is spared,so the incentive of the middle and basic level is more important in thereal estate industry.Therefore,from a new point of view,this paper explores and improves theexisting equity incentive schemes,aiming to solve the problem of income conflict among allworking classes.This paper deeply analyzes three cases of equity incentive penetrating intograss-roots performance and three cases of advanced incentive in country garden,andestablishes the corresponding stop loss model and gain model.Finally,give correspondingsuggestions to real estate enterprises.Keywords:Equity incentive;financial performance;pay for performance;Country Garden;Stop loss determination and increase determination model
