本科论文AbstractPerformance management is important for the system of organization management,control and decision-making.First of all,based on practice,this paper discusses theperformance management assessment of Benxi Professional Clothing Co.,Ltd.Then,thecause of the problem is deeply analyzed,and on this basis,the targeted performancemanagement is put forward.The strategy after the optimization of the appraisal system isexpected to make a strong reference to the performance management of the logistics companyof Benxi Professional Clothing Co.,Ltd.The current organizational system and performance management system of BenxiProfessional Clothing Co.,Ltd.are discussed to draw up the problems in the process of itsimplementation.Third,combined with the relevant theory and practical experience,it isconcluded that benxi professional clothing production Co.,Ltd.performance managementproblems,and analyze the causes of the problems.Finally,combined with the performancemanagement method in the application of the actual situation of Benxi Professional ClothingCo.,Ltd.,put forward a specific solution.Key words:Performance management;Issues and causes;Optimization measures
