S企业平台业务线软件质量管理优化研究

AbstractIn recent years,with the rapid development of information technology in theInternet era,the software industry has developed rapidly,but the management ofsoftware has developed slowly,and the management level is far lower than theindustry demand.Therefore,scholars at home and abroad have begun to pay attentionto the research of relevant theories and practices of software quality management.Software development is the essence of product research and development and thekey to the success of the new generation of products.Only by ensuring the quality ofsoftware development can qualified products be developed,and S enterprises cansurvive and develop in the fierce industry competition.Enterprise S has a relatively complete development process and qualitymanagement system for software development business,but there are still someproblems in quality management.The purpose of this paper is to deeply explore thecurrent situation of software quality management in Enterprise S,find out theproblems in software quality management,and analyze the main problems.Theseproblems include the unsound R&D process specification,the lack of boundarydivision of R&D to test,the late timing of normative testing,the low coverage rate,the unclear standards for software testing to release,the confusion of versionmanagement caused by baseline version and customized version The technical abilityand atmosphere of the test team are poor.These problems affect the quality ofsoftware and need to be solved urgently.In view of the above problems,in order toimprove the software quality management level of S Enterprise,through the analysisof the causes of the software quality management problems,under the guidance of thequality management theory,ISO9000 quality system,and CMMI model,the softwarequality management improvement plan for S Enterprise is formulated.It also providesguarantee measures for the quality management improvement plan from the aspects ofquality awareness,concept training,structure adjustment and incentive mechanism.The content of this paper is how to improve the software quality management of Senterprise platform business line,ensure the quality of software development andenhance the company's competitiveness.I hope that the content of this paper canprovide more reference and reference for the software quality management reform ofdomestic enterprises.Key words:quality management;Software test;System optimization
