基于WEB的房屋出租管理系统设计与实现

AbstractWith the rapid development of time,each industry is constantly developing thecurrent cutting-edge technology,using this new technology to enhance their own leveland strength,and housing rental management system can not be excluded.In this paper,the use of Java language,combined with Spring Book architecture,combined withpractical experience,combined with software engineering design ideas,designed ahousing rental management system.In this paper,the needs of housing rental businessare studied,the basic functions of housing rental business are described in detail,andthe system architecture is described in detail.The whole design of this system consistsof the system function,the whole architecture,the system's data structure and the safetyof the system.Housing rental management system to achieve user management,housingtype management,housing rental management,leasing contract management,leasingcontract management,surrender management,feedback,system management.Such apersonalized network management,pay more attention to each other's cooperation andmanagement cooperation,can fully mobilize the creativity and enthusiasm of operators,for residential rental management is of great significance.Key words:College students'housing sharing system,JAVA,Mysql
