Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of Toyota Carolasteering system in 2014AbstractNowadays,with the rapid development of automotive electronicapplication technology,many mechanical parts control systems have beenchanged into electronic control devices,such as automobile steeringsystem from mechanized devices to the current electronic power steeringdevelopment.In the future,there may be a rapid development in thedirection of intelligence.We will use all kinds of sensors to identifythe road conditions and make safety steering.This paper first introduces14 Toyota Carola electric power steering systems.It includes the mainstructure,working principle,characteristics and so on.At the sametime,it also expounds the disassembly and repair of Carola's main parts,including the common fault types and their troubleshooting methods.Finally,the case of fault maintenance is given.This paper expounds thefault diagnosis method and reason analysis of electric steering systemin the face of the actual situation,and deepens the understanding ofCarola steering system troubleshooting.Keywords Electric power steering disassembly and repair commonmalfunction case analysis
