Construction Strategy of SME Distribution NetworkAbstractIn today's competitive market environment,distribution network has become an importantpart of enterprise marketing.With the tide of globalization and the rapid development of computertechnology,the traditional distribution mode and the network distribution mode withoutexperience are not enough to meet the increasing demand of enterprises and consumers.In today'sdomestic market,wechat business,live delivery,o2o mode and so on are becoming popularchoices for enterprises to build distribution system.Paying attention to the combination oftradition and network mode has also become the trend of reform of distribution network.How tointegrate small and medium-sized enterprises into the trend in the big environment is the focus andinnovation of this topic.In this paper,first of all,the theory and trend of the distribution networkare briefly summarized in theory.Then,by explaining the operation status of the distributionnetwork of small and medium-sized enterprises,the existing problems are summarized and thecauses of the problems are analyzed.On this basis,the construction and operation strategies of thedistribution network that can solve the problems and give full play to the advantages of small andmedium-sized enterprises are put forward,and the brand building is proposed Design,teambuilding,channel construction management to conflict management,integrate the organizationalstructure,marketing concept,operation cost of the two modes,multi angle and multi-levelsuggestions,study how small and medium-sized enterprises conform to the trend,integrate thetraditional mode and network mode to establish an efficient and low-cost distribution network,soas to increase their competitiveness.Key words:distribution network;integration;strategy;efficient;
