小学高年级班级自主管理的实践研究

北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文A Study on the Practice of Highgrade Class Self-ManagementAbility of Primary School--Based on The Case of Seventeenth Primary School of ZhuhaiAbstractAt present,teachers are overwhelmed by too many administrative tasks and classmanagement tasks in primary education.The traditional class management mode is no longersuitable for the current development situation.Promoting autonomous class managementcan effectively improve management efficiency and achieve educational goals,and students'communication and self-management abilities will also be greatly improved.On the basis of extensive collection and combing of relevant domestic research results,this research report uses literature,interviews,case studies and other methods to investigateand study the practice of autonomous management of senior classes in Seventeenth PrimarySchool of Zhuhai,and obtains the actual problems existing in the autonomous management ofsenior classes in primary school.through previous practice experience and investigation andanalysis in the school,it probes into the causes of the problems and proposes improvementstrategies,aiming at providing experience for senior class teachers in primary school,thusimproving the effectiveness and development of autonomous management of classesKeywords:Primary school;Senior class;Class management;Self-management
