本科论文AbstractFrom the primitive society to the present time when information is developed,itis inseparable from the progress of science and technology.Technology bringsconvenience to people and makes people realize the importance of education.Correspondingly,the development of the education industry in China is also gettingstronger and stronger.For the promising education industry,many capitalists areoptimistic and invest a lot of money,resulting in a large number of tutoringinstitutions.As a locally developed educational institution,Xiaoxinxing EducationGroup,with the influx of other non-local well-known brand institutions and the largenumber of small local education institutions,has caused a great sense of crisis toXiaoxinxing Education Group.Faced with these external changes,whether it is a newopportunity or a greater challenge,Xiaoxinxing Education Group must make the bestadjustments from its own brand competitiveness,brand influence and marketacceptance.This article takes Xiaoxinxing Education Group as the research object.It is basedon some internal knowledge of the brand and the study of relevant information oneducational institutions at home and abroad.According to the actual situation,first ofall,starting from the degree of brand management optimization,through theunderstanding of the brand,more suggestions on the degree of optimization are given,and it is believed that the Xiaoxinxing Education Group should start fromdifferentiated brand positioning,strengthening brand planning,and brandcommunication channels.Improvements,the embodiment of core valuesand thecompany 's management team have been improved.Key words:Small new star Brand construction
