AbstractWith the improvement of people's living standards,people's requirements for the quality oflife are getting higher and higher.Building not only meets people's living needs,but also needscomfort.HVAC engineering is an important way to change the building environment andincrease comfort.With the development of national energy saving and emission reduction,moreand more attention has been paid to green HVAC,and ground source heat pump air conditioningsystem has been widely promoted for its environmental protection and energy saving.However,as a part of the building,there are many problems in the design and construction of groundsource heat pump project.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the projectquality of ground source heat pump system.Through this research,the author used the TQM theory related to engineering operation tostudy the ground source heat pump project of Jiulong Fire Station in Weifang City.Theconstruction management method of the ground source heat pump part in the HVAC project issystematically expounded.The influence of quality management on the whole project is studiedby using the comparative analysis method,and the design optimization is carried out from themost important buried pipe part of the ground source heat pump system.The analysis thenestablishes the DST model simulation analysis of the vertical U-shaped buried tube heatexchanger to further optimize the design of the ground source heat pump system.On the basis ofsystematically expounding the status quo of quality management of HVAC construction projects,the defects and deficiencies in the construction of the ground source heat pump of the KowloonFire Fighting Agency were deeply explored,and then the right medicine was given,which is theinternal part of the project.Appropriate recommendations are given in terms of systemoperations and implementation aspects of the project,and a reliable risk control scheme is set upto reduce the overall risk of engineering operations.On this basis,the stability of the groundsource heat pump system operation of the project has been greatly improved,and a certainamount of raw materials can be saved,so that the overall quality can easily meet the acceptancecriteria,and the quality management has achieved a leap to a certain extent.Keywords:Project management;HVAC;Ground source heat pump;Buried pipeoptimization
