ABSTRACTBenchmark land price is an important part of China's land price system.It is notonly the economic performance of regional urbanization and the level of urbanconstruction and development.It is also an important basis for rational allocation ofurban land resources and management of land assets.It is propitious to realize the usecontrol of urban construction land,thus providing reference basis for urbanconstruction investment and economic development decision.Based on the analysis of the change of benchmark land price structure and theresearch object of Wuhu city,this paper focuses on the structural change of standardland price in Wuhu city on the basis of analyzing the definition and function of thestandard land price.In order to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demandof land in Wuhu City and promote the healthy development of land market,it canprovide feasible suggestions..Key words:Wuhu;benchmark land price;structural change
