建筑工地农民工工作现状分析

四川工业科技学院学士学位论文Analysis of the current situation of migrant workers'work inconstruction sites-Taking the "Hualong No.1"nuclear power project as anexampleAbstractChina has hundreds of thousands of migrant workers,the vast majority of them in theconstruction industry,whose hard work has made cities and villages flourish.At present,we need to pay attention to the actual living conditions and working conditions of thesemigrant workers in the construction industry,so as to provide them with a more orderlyexternal social environment and enable them to develop their career in a healthier direction.This paper USES the method of questionnaire investigation and empirical analysis,furtheranalysis of the current situation of construction sites for migrant workers work,found thatthe construction sites for migrant workers in the work situation there exists a series ofproblems,in terms of living conditions,there is a living environment is very bad,less resttime,single entertainment and boring and so on;In respect of working condition the lowwages,long working hours and poor safety equipment,concrete Suggestions are given forthe corresponding problems,such as improving migrant workers wages,reduce the worktime,improve the living environment,actively create favorable conditions forentertainment and so on,to improve the construction site of the current work of the migrantworkers.Keywords:construction site;migrant workers;working conditions
