贵州省遵义市汇川区地质灾害气象预警预报研究

AbstractGeological disasters mainly refers to the changes of geological body caused bythe human or natural activities,which brings certain harm to the human society.Human beings has been looking for effective solution to reduce the loss of geologicaldisasters to us in the practice exploration.Geological disaster weather forecast andwarning can provide informative basis reference to the government to developplanning for geological hazard prevention and implementation of geological disasterwarning and engineering prevention and control project,and is an effective solution,has the realistic meaning of disaster prevention and mitigation.This article based on the basis of general characteristics of the geological disastersin Huichuan district,and based on factors such as the space-time background,distribution regular and intensity of the geological disaster,to zoning the risk andvulnerability of study area,predicting the area and intensity distribution of disaster,clearing the distribution characteristics and formation conditions of disasters in thisregional,studying the relationship between the regional geological disasters andatmospheric rainfall,establishing a scientific geological disaster weather early warningmodel.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Fully collected the existing geological and environment information ofHuichuan district,on the basis of the geological characteristics of the preliminarysummary,summing up the geological disasters of the area distribution system anddisaster characteristics;2.Analysis the main inducing factors of geological disasters in the study area,select the appropriate evaluation factors,by using the method of quantitativeevaluation,by GIS spatial analysis function to zoning geological disaster risk ofHuichuan district3.To factors such as population density,GDP density,density of arable land,byGIS spatial analysis function,vulnerability assessment for Huichuan district;4.In Huichuan district,on the basis of geological hazards risk and vulnerabilityzoning,generate geological disaster weather warning to distinguish area of Huichuandistrict;5.Collected rainfall weather information of Huichuan district,analysis ofgeological disasters in the region and the relationship between rainfall and identify allthe warning area rainfall threshold;
