[Abstract]Jinxiu baiyuan as a resettlement building located between Changjiang eastRoad and Nanchang north Road,Huai'an City.To work out the diversion scheme,cofferdamconstruction program,area of temporary facilities construction.This paper is designed to provide units of construction drawings,construction theproject site conditions and construction projects completed the necessary technical,humanand material resources of in drawing up the construction plan.Application of progresscontrol of the basic theoretical knowledge,from project management point of view,for theproject from start to completion and acceptance of the whole process of the systemschedule planning and design,the use of the Gantlet chart on the schedule are analyzed,according to the actual situation puts forward concrete assurance plan implementationmeasures;quality and safety aspects,specifies the strict technical,organizational measures,aiming at the common problems in construction projects,focusing on issues of planning,establish corresponding management organization to ensure the quality and safety programsto be achieved good.Key words construction project management;construction plan;schedule;qualityplan
