黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计(论文)ABSTRACTWith the advancement of technology and the development of CNC machiningtechnology,old-fashioned drilling machines and milling machines have been unable to meetthe existing processing needs.The famous great Newton once said:"The reason why I standtall is because I stand on the shoulders of giants."Yes,under the condition that the originaltechnology is backward,according to the existing technology,it is necessary to carry outtransformation and develop a new type of CNC machine tool--drilling and pinning center.The new machine tools must have functions such as drilling,milling,etc.,and the degree ofautomation should be greatly improved to meet the needs of the contemporarymanufacturing industry.In this paper,the design of the spindle system of the new machine tool is mainlycarried out.In this design,the spindle speed governing mechanism adopts AC motor forspeed regulation;the spindle drive mode is completed by belt drive plus gear;the automatictool change function is used inside the spindle;the vertical feed of the spindle adoptssemi-closed loop servo To the system;the spindle bearing has a bearing assembly that meetsthe high rigidity requirements.In short,it can be said that the spindle system is designed to meet the requirements ofhigh efficiency and high machining accuracy of the drilling center.Keywords NC technology Drilling Center;spindle system;Traditional drilling machine:Automation
