无锡职业技术学院毕业设计(论文)摘要Design of Automatic Transmission Line Control System Based on Visual RecognitionAbstract In the industrial production,the artificial has been unable to meet the large quantities ofhigh-intensity production activities,machine vision can replace the human eye in high-risk workingenvironment operations,but also to ensure the accuracy of the test results;automatic transmission line canavoid manual direct participation,Reduce production costs,shorten the production cycle.The automatictransmission line control system based on visual recognition is designed and developed for this purpose.The automatic transmission line control system based on visual recognition is mainly composed ofintelligent camera,photoelectric sensor,light source,double cylinder,PLC and frequency converter.Intelligent camera is used to identify the type and location of the workpiece on the production line,and thedata output to the production line PLC,intelligent camera and PLC through the serial port to complete datacommunication.This paper first introduces the status of the automatic transmission line control system based on visualrecognition,the application,the development and the significance of the research.Then,the design of thesystem is introduced.The design of the system includes system structure design,hardware selection andsoftware design.The performance of the SIMATIC S712000 and the Siemens S7-1200 PLC are introduced.And then according to the automatic production line work flow prepared automatic production line systemworkpiece identification,data processing and transmission and other functional modules and automatic linecamera station,work with each other to grasp the work of the logical program.Finally,simulation debugging,and summed up the problems encountered in the practice.Key Words Machine vision Image processing S7-1200PLC Automatic production line
