ABSTRACTLoader is a kind of construction machinery.It is usually used incomplicated condition,so it needs very strong reliability and adaplability,the parameter of work device are designed and will direct influence onthe loader's reliability.The research work focuses on the followingaspects:(1)Using the MATLAB to draw frequency histogram of reliabilitydata distribution,estimate parameters and check up hypothesis,andrealize automatic analysis of reliability data.(2)Through the analysis of loader's structures,the model of the basicreliability and mission reliability were bulited.Getting the reliability leveland other reliability index by loaer's faliture data analysis.According tothe results of emulation,giving some suggestions to increase loder'ssystem reliability.By studying the reliability evaluation method ofcooperation manufactured wheel loader parts(CMWLP).AdvancedProduct Relative Failure Rate Comparison Method is developed in thispaper.It is efective to evaluate reliability level of CMWLP.In the paper,reliability conditions of engines are evaluated and analyzed also.(3)The load of work mechanism was calculated,in order to provideadvice to the main arm of loader's finite element analysis.(4)Among the links in a loader's working mechanism,severalconditions of the links nonintervention are put into the dynamic analogyprogram of MATLAB.The program can be used to judge if there existsinterference for the links,and it can also verify whether the bucket willput in a horizontal plane and in motion of translation by dynamic analogydisplay.(5)The seamless link of the Pro Engineer and ANSYS,using thePro/E models the main arm of work mechanism then leading-in the softof ANSYS,and the finite element analysis was calculated.The result is tofind the area of stress concentration of the main arm.KEY WORDS:loader;Reliability;data analysis;working mechanism;finite element analysis;Simulation;
