ABSTRACTWith the rapid development of China's economicconstruction,people's requirements for energy efficiency are gettinghigher and higher.With the computer network and control technology,themodem frequency conversion technology is continuously improved,and thecontrol of boiler feed water,coal grate,fan,etc.is easily realized byadvanced control means.Boiler equipment has been widely used in variousfields of modern industry.In China,most boilers still use instrument andrelay control,and even manual operation,can not meet the productionneeds,Therefore,we need to adopt advanced control technology for theboiler control system,which not only can improve efficiency,but also saveenergy and increase efficiency improve safety,and have a good marketdevelopment space and investment prospects.This configuration design uses the configuration software.Themonitoring configuration technology is one of the automation technologiesneeded for the transformation of China's industrial boiler based onPLC.It mainly introduces the concept of boiler,the system composition andthe control method of selection.In the design,there are mainly coaltransmission control,water level control,steam temperature control andpressure control to realize the automatic control system of the boiler.Anduse the configuration software to design the monitoring screen.The useof PID control algorithms has achieved optimization of technicalindicators,improve economic and social benefits,save energy,protectenvironment sanitation,and also enhance the role of marketcompetitiveness.KEY WORDS:boiler,PLC,configuration software,automation,control,
