Structure design of toothpaste automatic cartoning equipment--Design of cartoning systemAbstractThe toothpaste production and subsequent packaging and transportation process cannotbe separated from the packaging of the toothpaste box for the toothpaste body,so thetoothpaste production cannot be separated from the packaging production process.Therefore,the automatic packing equipment is the mechanical equipment to complete this productionprocess,and it is also the necessary mechanical equipment to improve the packagingefficiency and expand the production scale.The design is to use conveyor belt or conveyorchain to transfer toothpaste and packaging paper box,use mechanical arm or push plate drivenby cylinder power to push toothpaste into the paper box,and finally use tongue scrapingmechanism and tongue folding mechanism to complete box sealing and packaging.The maincomponents are the conveyor belt,the push plate or the mechanical arm pushed by the aircylinder,as well as the toothpaste cartoning equipment composed of sensors,PLC orsingle-chip microcomputer and other intelligent control systems.The main contents include:the design of the actions of packing box transportation,opening,filling and closing.The otherparts include the selection of drive motor,conveyor belt or conveyor chain plate,the selectionand design of motion control mechanism,the design of parts of each action execution part andso on.The purpose of the design of the filling system in the toothpaste automatic fillingequipment studied in this design is to install the filled toothpaste into the already designedtoothpaste box through mechanical equipment,and to meet the purpose of film packaging andfactory transportation,distribution and sales.Key words:automatic,cartoning equipment,mechanism,parts and components目录
