东北石油大学硕士研究生学位论文Research on the Active Solar Heating System of Greenhouse in IntenseCold AreaABSTRACTIn this paper,the in-depth research about greenhouse in cold region is conducted.DaQing area as an example,analysise the influence and couses of low temperature at night incold area greenhouse on crop.On this basis,we designed a set of active solar heating system,which could increase the night temperature and ground temperature in the night,protect thecrop through the winter safely and increase the productivity.The main works as follow:1.Several ways of thermal storage is analysised,we choose water as the media of storage.Analysis of heat transfer on the greenhouse,we calculate the heat load of greenhouse in theheating season,and determine specifications and insulation of the tank.2.According to characteristics of location and sunshine in DaQing area,Semi-fixedadjustable collector system is propossed.Exposed to light of the sun angle changes,andthrough the Collector angle adjustment,the system can maitain a high collection efficiency.Adjustable semi-fixed system to the collector can increase by 8.3%,heating for thegreenhouse at night to collect more heat.3.The design of heating part is the heating coil which winding setted near the ground.It canimprove the temperature of greenhouse,but also to maintain the soil.Through simulate theheating environment of the greenhouse in different way of pipelines laying,determine theheight between the pipeline to the grouand and the distance between the pipeline to the other.Meanwhile,the paper simulates the temperature field of greenhouse in several differentconditions,and analyzed the reasonable of the active solar heating system,inference that thetemperature of the greenhouse increase 3-5C,provide a safe environment for crops.4.This paper analyzed the benefit of the active solar heating system which used in thegreenhouse.The operation of the system provide a suitable temperatrure for crops,andcompare with other heating costs which burning of coal can save 800 yuan every year,reduceemissiongs of CO SO2 and other harmful gases.Key words:Greenhouse;solar;collector system;thermal storage;numerical simulation0
