北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Automatic Track Assembly System-Structure Design of ChassisAbstractIn some current motor manufacturing companies,the sintering of motor stator shell isstill assembled by hand.It's not smart and it's not efficient.In order to make the overallproduction more efficient and reduce the risk of scalding,we can use the automatic assemblysystem.This design,automatic assembly system,is designed for the sintering process ofmotor stator shell automatic assembly system.In this system,the manipulator is connected to the chassis and suspended on the airtrack.The length,width and height of the chassis are 300 mm x 260mm x 150 mm.Thesection length and width of the track are 150 mm x 60 mm.The chassis uses DC deceleratorto drive the equipment.The chassis has a dismounting structure,which can be used todismount the chassis.The dismounting structure can make the chassis easy to dismount andinstall the track.The side wheel of the chassis is connected with a spring,which can make theside wheel retract.The driving wheel and the driven wheel can rotate around the end of thedriving and driven connecting rod.They enable the chassis to pass through the bend,with amaximum bend radius of 272.36mm.The model diagram and demonstration show that the chassis structure of this designruns smoothly and meets the expected requirements.Key words:assembly system;air track;chassis;structural design
