Design of Friction Wheel Rope Groove Turning Device forWell Tower HoistAbstractMine hoist is the hub connecting mine underground production system and groundindustrial square,and is the throat of mine transportation.Therefore,mine hoist occupies anextremely important position in coal transportation industry,among which tower hoist is themost commonly used hoisting equipment.Tower type hoist is installed in the hoist friction wheel (leading wheel)cylindershell of the friction liner to drive the wire rope,it is a very important part of the lifting load,its friction performance,directly affect the ability of the hoist work efficiency and safety.The different depth of the friction wheel rope groove directly determines thedifference of the tension of the hoisting wire rope.China stipulates that the depth difference ofthe friction wheel rope groove of the hoisting machine cannot exceed 0.5 mm.The depthdifference of the friction wheel rope groove is controlled by turning the rope groove turningdevice,so the performance and accuracy of the friction wheel rope lining turning device havegreat influence on the depth difference of the friction wheel rope groove of the hoist.Well tower hoist,therefore,in the process of installation and use need tomodification of friction wheel rope groove,the traditional manual rope tank lorry cut lowworking efficiency is not easy to operation,this article designed a bind the tank lorry cuttingdevice,it has high reliability,simple operation,high working efficiency,and a prototypeverification,the device turning accuracy higher than manual rope tank lorry cutting device,satisfies the requirement of users
