Rescue drone mechanical system and structural designAbstractWith the development of materials technology,digital technology,power systemtechnology,and sensor technology,in recent years,rescue drones equipped with autonomousdriving equipment have also developed rapidly,and their application fields are becomingmore and more extensive.Its main advantages are reflected in its ability to conduct aerialreconnaissance in its complex and dangerous environment.Research on rescue drones willalso be a trend of technological innovation.The rescue drone mainly transmits signals throughthe remote control,and the receiver receives the signals and transmits them to the flightcontroller.The signals from the flight controller's integrated sensors and the signals receivedby the receiver control the output of the current,so as to control the speed of each rotor of theaircraft The corresponding flight attitude,while controlling the work of the rescue dronemanipulator.First,research the rescue drone and sort out the overall design ideas.Throughthe method of imitation creation and functional decomposition,the rescue drone isdecomposed into various modules,including racks,brushless motors,electronic governors,batteries,flight controllers,remote controllers,and robots.The main functions are analyzed.,And then design and analyze the manipulator,so that the rescue drone as a whole cooperatesand can meet the requirements of graduation design under the premise of cost-effectiveness.Keywords:Rescue drone;manipulator;structural optimization目录
