AbstractWith the rapid development of city modernization,the elevator as a safe,efficient,convenient for the vertical transportation tool in people's daily life are inseparable.Therefore,beimperative to design a kind of strong versatility,good visibility of the PLC virtual elevatorteaching model.In view of the operational characteristics of the elevator,the virtual elevator design usingmodular analysis method and object oriented analysis and design method of sequence control.The design includes the elevator control technology,PLC elevator control program design,virtual elevator program simulation,virtual elevator operation monitoring.Design uses powerfuladvanced Siemens (Siemens)S7-300PLC,Siemens S7-PLCSIM simulation software andWINCC flexible software to realize the soft PLC elevator control,simulation and monitoring,with visibility,good real-time teaching.Virtual elevator system design based on PLC controlsystem as the main object of study,through the analysis of the elevator operation principle,control requirements,do a good job in PLC input output (1/0)port configuration,using softPLC technology,designs the trapezoidal chart LAD control program,and control of the doorswitch of elevator,hall of call register and remove control,level control,layer selection andelevator operation process simulation,monitoring.Design of virtual elevator system to replace the traditional relay control system,proposes anovel convenient for teachers to teach students,easy programming and debugging controlmethod.Virtual elevator system and elevator model,gives full play to the functions of Siemensmedium PLC and configuration software,has strong flexibility,operability,general.Teachersand students can develop the elevator control system according to the needs of teaching,experience of field control effect of production equipment,and modify the program continuouslyaccording to the simulation results,enhanced PLC integration teaching effect,improve theefficiency of teaching and training level.Key words:virtual elevator simulation;S7-300PLC;STEP7;WINCC flexible;monitoring
