Design of angle measuring instrumentAbstract:Because the concepts of industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturingare developing gradually,how to accurately get and quantify the change of machineand equipment angle has become a difficult problem to be solved.The production coststandards such as facility life and product quality are closely related to the accuracy ofmeasurement values.Therefore,the research and development of new angle sensorswith high sensitivity,high precision and rich functions are combined with thedevelopment of intelligent production road.With the development of angle detectiontechnology,a variety of angle sensors have emerged.Among them,capacitive anglesensor has the characteristics of high resolution,good dynamic response,goodstability,simple structure and low cost,which is of great research value.Because thetraditional measuring circuit of capacitive sensor is cumbersome,it is difficult toeliminate parasitic capacitance and output nonlinearity,the resolution of capacitiveangle sensor is not high,the cost is high and the measuring range is small.In thispaper,a capacitive angle sensor is designed.The function and properties of the sensorare studied.It can be used for large-scale measurement ranging from 0 to 360.AnADCAP capacitance measurement method is used to improve the nonlinearity ofsensor output,reduce parasitic capacitance and simplify the tedious circuit design.Intelligent angle measuring instrument is an intelligent angle measuring machine,which can measure angle value in real time.The system consists of angle sensor,capacitance measurement module,STM32 controller module and power module.Thesoftware function design of the intelligent angle measuring instrument is completedby using C language under MDK5 programming.The angle measuring algorithm iswritten in the STM32 controller.The output signal of the angle sensor is completedand the angle measurement is realized.In this design,a high precision standardgoniometer is used to calibrate the intelligent goniometer,and the output and inputcharacteristic curves of the angle sensor are analyzed.According to the principle ofleast square method,the curve fitting algorithm is compiled with MATLAB,the linear
