江西省高中体育特长生培养困境与纾解研究——以寻乌县第二中学为例

高中体育专业是中国体育产业发展的重要力量，越来越多的体育专业学生在高考压力下选择走体育之路。然而，与此同时，在协调“学习和培训”方面也存在因难。通过对体育专业培养困难的研究，旨在探索缓解这些困难的方法，协调学习与训练之间的矛盾。本文以寻乌二中高中体育专业学生培养的困境与缓解为研究对象，采用问卷调查、文献综述、访谈、实地调查、数理统计等方法，分析体育专业学生的培养现状，找出影响因素，并进一步提出优化策略，促进学习与训练的协调发展。研究结果表明：(1)寻乌县第二中学263名高中体育专业学生文化基础薄弱，自我意识和主动性差，整体文化水平低。他们只注重运动训练，而忽视了文化的重要性。(2)寻乌县第二中学的高中体育教练员大多拥有学士学位，缺乏培训机会，导致专业技能整体水平较低：但整个教练团队的年龄分布相对合理，可以更好地促进训练团队的发展。(3)寻乌县第二中学高中体育人才选拔机制不合理，大多数学生通过自我推荐进入运动训练队，缺乏系统性和科学性。(4)寻乌县第二中学高中体育专业学生参加大型比赛和测试的机会有限，缺乏比赛经验。因此，他们的心理耐力没有得到很好的锻炼。针对培养体育人才的困难，提出以下建议(1)体育专业学生应合理分配学习和训练时间，提高学习和训练效率，加强文化教师与体育教练员之间的沟通，落实个性化教学原则，共同制定适合学生的训练计划。(2)完善奖励考核机制，增强师资力量，增加教师外出培训机会，打造优秀教学团队，提高学生成绩。(3)体育教师应加大科研力度，开展更多的教学和科研活动，集思广益，制定科学合理的训练方法。(4)建立健全竞赛机制，强化“以竞赛代替训练，以竞赛促进教学，以竞赛促学习”的认识，提高学生的心理适应能力和宽容度，积累竞赛经验。互通，相互信赖，相互支持，共同促进体育特长生的健康成长。关键词：学习与训练：学训现状：培养困境：高中体育：体育特长生ABSTRACTHigh school sports majors are an important force in the development of China'ssports industry,and more and more sports majors are choosing to take the sports pathunder the pressure of the college entrance examination.However,at the same time,there are also difficulties in coordinating "learning and training".Through the study ofthe difficulties in cultivating sports majors,the aim is to explore ways to alleviatethese difficulties and coordinate the contradictions between learning and training.Taking the dilemma and relief of the cultivation of high school sports specialtystudents in Xunwu No.2 Middle School as the research object,this paper uses themethods of questionnaire survey,literature review,interview,field survey,mathematical statistics to analyze the current situation of the cultivation of sportsspecialty students,find out the influencing factors,and further propose optimizationstrategies to promote the coordinated development of learning and training.The research results indicate that:(1)The 263 high school physical education specialty students surveyed inXunwu County Second Middle School have a weak cultural foundation,poorself-awareness and initiative,and overall low cultural level.They focus on sportstraining while neglecting the importance of culture.(2)Most of the high school sports coaches in Xunwu County Second MiddleSchool have a bachelor's degree and lack training opportunities,resulting in a lowoverall level of professional skills;But the age distribution of the entire coachingteam is relatively reasonable,which can better promote the development of thetraining team.(3)The selection mechanism for high school sports talents in Xunwu CountySecond Middle School is unreasonable,and most students enter the sports trainingteam through self recommendation,lacking systematicity and scientificity.(4)The opportunities for high school sports specialty students in Xunwu CountySecond Middle School to participate in large-scale competitions and tests are limited,and they lack competition experience.As a result,their psychological endurance hasnot been well exercised.In response to the difficulties in cultivating sports talents,the followingsuggestions are prop
