武汉科技大学本科华业论文摘要近年来,随着经济的不断发展,城市机动车保有量也在快速增长。传统的停车场管理模式不管是在效率角度、成本角度还是用户角度都暴露出了明显的不足。为了解决这个问题,本篇论文开发了一个停车场管理软件,实现了车辆进出自动化管理,能够降低人工成本、提升运营效率。本软件使用Django框架作为后端支撑,支撑停车场管理软件所需的基本功能逻辑实现,将数据全部存储进MySQL数据库中进行统一管理,利用Bootstrap框架作为前端界面将软件的功能、数据进行可视化展示给使用软件的用户,让他们可以直观地使用软件。不仅如此,前后端分离的开发也使得项目的灵活性更高、可维护性更强。本软件还结合百度智能云千帆大模型的车牌识别技术,实现了对出入库的车辆牌照进行精准识别,有效的降低了人工的参与,为停车场很好的降低了人工成本同时也避免了挡车流量过大时因人工速度有限而导致的拥堵情况。本项目一共有两大主要功能模块,管理员功能模块和用户功能模块。管理员功能模块实现了完整的车辆入库流程,通过将核心数据可视化处理让管理员对停车场车位和用户信息进行管理操作并且掌握停车场的基本运营状况。用户功能模块则是实现了会员充值操作,用户可自行查看剩余车位和个人停车记录。本软件的开发的应用将会帮助一些地域繁华、车流量巨大但人工占比过高的停车场向数字化经营模式进行转型,降低人工成本、提高运营效率,为智慧城市建设提供更好、更可靠的停车管理服务。关键词:Python:Django:停车场管理:车牌识别武汉科技大学本科华业论文AbstractIn recent years,with the continuous development of the economy,the number of urbanmotor vehicles is also growing rapidly.The traditional parking lot management model hasexposed obvious shortcomings from the perspectives of efficiency,cost,and user.To addressthis issue,this paper developed a parking management software that achieves automatedmanagement of vehicle entry and exit,reducing labor costs and improving operationalefficiency.This software uses the Django framework as the backend support to implement the basicfunctional logic.All data is stored in a MySQL database for unified management,and theBootstrap framework is used as the frontend interface to visually display the software'sfunctions and data to users to use the software easily.Additionally,the development of front-end and back-end separation also makes the project more flexible and maintainable.Thissoftware also combines the license plate recognition technology of Baidu AI Cloud Qianfanlarge model to achieve accurate recognition ofvehicle license plates in and out of the warehouse,effectively reducing manual participation,reducing labor costs for the parking lot and avoidingcongestion caused by limited manual speed when the traffic is too large.This project has twomain modules,the administrator module and the user module.The administrator module hasimplemented a complete vehicle storage process,allowing administrators to manage parkingspaces and user information in the parking lot and mastering the revenue of the parking lot.Theuser module enables users to recharge members,view empty parking spaces and personalparking records.The application developed by this software will help some parking lots in busy areas withhuge traffic but high proportion of manual labor to transform into digital business models,reduce labor costs,improve operational efficiency,and provide better and more reliable parkingmanagement services for the construction of smart cities.Key Words:Python;Django;Parking management;License plate recognitionⅡ武汉科技大学本科华业论文目录1绪论1.1设计背景1.2国内外研究现状1.3主要研究方法21.4开发及运行环境.32关键技术介绍,42.1 Python与Django框架2.2百度智能云A一车牌识别..S2.3本章小结.63概要分析与设计3.1需求分析.73.1.1总体需求3.1.2功能需求73.1.3系统性能需求93.2系统模块化设计93.2.1三层架构93.2.2系统层次结构图113.3系统主要业务流程图113.3.1停车管理113.3.3用户信息管理133.4数据库设计133.4.1数据库概念设计133.4.2数据库表设计163.5本章小结184系统详细设计19么武汉科技大学本科华业论文4.1管理员功能模块194.1.1收入统计194.
