基于单片机的智能电子秤的设计摘要:伴随着科技的发展,当代智能仪表慢慢取代了传统式仪表。使计量检定仪表在品质避开、作用、精确度,以及自动化水平等水准在一定层面上面形成了转变,但是同时做为规范称重器材和产品质量检验仪表,智能化电子磅还在领域里已开始逐渐主要表现出你检测的精确,且计量检定速度更快,有利于进行检测及管理等主要特点,而且也开始慢慢取代了传统的机器金融杠杆评定量表,并因此慢慢演化而形成了现阶段世界各国质量检验行业主流产品。文中中定制的电子磅系统软件,以AT89S52型单片微式计算机为基本元素,外场还附以称重的集成电路、标示电源电路、报案集成电路、电脑键盘电源电路、时钟电路等,组成一个称重自动控制系统的集成电路板。用C语言完成了软件开发需求,而称重集成电路则是由零点五桥传感器组成。由于称重感应器供应的关键电力能源是模拟量输入,因此数据用电量范畴比较小而无法达到能通过AD变换接收到的用电量范畴。因此在送AD变换之前,就必须要先并对进行前面拓展、整形美容过虑等处理方式。然后,AD变换的成效才可以转到数据单片机设计中进行信息资源管理并且表示。其资料显示一部分应用液晶显示屏,成本费用低且能够很好地进行所需的作用。大家所使用的电子秤尽管是一种非常简单的智能仪表,但应用它可以深层次的了解智能仪表工作原理与它优异的特性。关键词:SP20C-G501:AT89S52:称重感应器:A/D切换器:LCD显示器Design of Intelligent Electronic ScaleBased on Single Chip MicrocomputerAbstract With the development of science and technology,modern intelligentinstruments have gradually replaced traditional instruments.The quality avoidance,function,accuracy,and automation level of measuring and verification instruments have changed at acertain level,but as a standard weighing equipment and product quality inspection instrument,the intelligent electronic scale has begun to show its main characteristics in the field,such asthe accuracy of your detection,faster measurement and verification,and is conducive todetection and management,It also began to gradually replace the traditional machine financialleverage rating scale,and thus gradually evolved into the mainstream product in the qualityinspection industry in the world at this stage.The customized electronic scale system softwarein this paper takes AT89S52 single-chip microcomputer as the basic element,and the field isalso attached with weighing integrated circuit,marking power circuit,reporting integratedcircuit,computer keyboard power circuit,clock circuit,etc.to form an integrated circuit boardof the weighing automatic control system.C language is used to complete the softwaredevelopment requirements,and the weighing integrated circuit is composed of zero point fivebridge sensors.As the key power source supplied by the weighing sensor is analog input,thedata power consumption range is relatively small and cannot reach the power consumptionrange that can be received through A/D conversion.Therefore,before the A/D transformation,it is necessary to conduct the front expansion,plastic surgery and other treatment methods.Then,the effect of A/D transformation can be transferred to the data microcontroller designfor information resource management and representation.The information shows that some ofthem use LCD,which has low cost and can perform the required function well.Although theelectronic scale used by everyone is a very simple intelligent instrument,it can be used todeeply understand the working principle of the intelligent instrument and its excellentcharacteristics.Key words:SP20C-G501;AT89S52;Weighing sensor;A/D switch;LCD display目录第1章绪论…1.1研究背景1.2国内外研究背景第2章系统方案设计….32.1主芯片的选择.32.2显示器的选择.…32.3压力传感器的选择….32.4AD转换器的选择,32.5人机交互模块的选择…2.6总体设计方案….4第3章系统硬件电路设计.63.1AT89S52单片机的设计..63.1.1单片机芯片AT89S52介绍.63.1.2单片机管脚说明..73.
