脑机接口技术对脑卒中患者手功能障碍的影响摘要研究目的:脑卒中是一种急性脑血管疾病,可引起神经损伤甚至死亡。随着医学的进步,脑卒中的康复治疗有了很大的提高,但大多数患者仍有手部功能障碍。脑机接口技术作为一种新的康复方法,已逐渐应用于康复医学。脑机接口在慢性脑卒中患者运动功能障碍的康复中具有广阔的应用前景。观察脑机接口联合常规康复治疗对脑卒中患者残余手功能障碍的治疗效果。分析BCI对患者康复的影响,为后期康复疗效提供数据支持。研究方法:选取手功能障碍的脑卒患者20例,随机分组分为实验组(=10)和对照组(n=10)两组。实验组采用脑机接口技术结合常规康复治疗,脑机接口训练每天20mi,常规康复治疗为电子生物反馈、被动活动、患侧带动健侧腕活动、全身训练每天40mi,以及课下作业活动。对照组相同的采用常规康复训练方案。进行为期6周的治疗后,治疗效果采用Caroll手功能测试、Brunnstrom手功能分期、改良Barthel指数测试实验前、3周后和6周后结果。对测试结果进行统计学处理和比较分析。研究结果:治疗前,实验组和对照组三个评定量表分级统计后,经独立样本t检验显示,均无显著差异(p>0.05)。经过六周治疗后,受试者的Caroll手功能测试评分:Brunnstrom手功能分期,较治疗之前均有所提高,实验组较对照组进步明显,独立样本t检验比较治疗6周后评分结果(p<0.05),差异有统计学意义。研究结论:脑机接口技术结合常规康复治疗方法可有效改善脑卒中患者的手功能。关键词:脑卒中脑机接口技术手功能障碍AbstractResearch objective:Stroke is an acute cerebrovascular disease,which can cause nervedamage and even death.With medical advances,stroke rehabilitation has been greatlyimproved,but most patients still have hand dysfunction.As a new rehabilitation method,brain-computer interface technology has been gradually applied in rehabilitation medicine.Brain computer interface has broad application prospect in rehabilitation of motor dysfunctionin patients with chronic stroke.To observe the effect of brain computer interface combinedwith conventional rehabilitation therapy on residual hand dysfunction in stroke patients.Theinfluence of BCI on the rehabilitation of patients was analyzed to provide data support for thecurative effect of rehabilitation in the later stage.Methods:20 stroke patients with hand dysfunction were randomly divided intoexperimental group (N=10)and control group (N=10).The patients in the experimentalgroup were treated with brain-computer interface (BCI)technique combined with routinerehabilitation therapy.The BCI training lasted for 20 minutes every day.The routinerehabilitation therapy consisted of electronic biofeedback,passive activity,wrist movementon the affected side,and whole body training for 40 minutes every day,and homeworkactivities.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training.After 6-week treatment,Caroll hand function test,brunnstrom hand function staging and modified Barthel index wereused to evaluate the therapeutic effect.The test results were statistically analyzed andcompared.Results:Before treatment,independent sample T test showed no significant differencebetween the experimental group and the control group after the three rating scalesclassification statistics (p>0.05).After six weeks of treatment,subjects'Caroll hand functiontest scores;brunnstrom's hand function stage was improved compared with that beforetreatment,and the experimental group improved significantly compared with the controlgroup.Independent sample t test was used to compare the score results after 6 weeks oftreatment (p<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:brain-computer interface technology combined with routine rehabilitationtherapy can effectively improve the hand function of upper limbs in stroke patients.Key words:stroke brain-computer interface h
