Analysis on the Impact of Fast Music on the Work ofLogistics Warehouse Staff-A Case Study of JingdongLogistics Foshan Lege Park[Abstract]With the increasing popularity of online shopping and the rapiddevelopment of logistics industry,more and more attention has been paid to the workmanagement of logistics warehouse staff.Since the working environment of logisticswarehouse is suitable for playing music and music has different degrees of influenceon people's physical and mental state,such as emotional experience,cognitive abilityor work effect.Therefore,the paper analyzes the impact of fast music on the work oflogistics warehouse staff.This paper mainly adopts the method of case analysis.Take the Jingdonglogistics park in Foshan Lege as an example,through interviews and questionnaire,investigating the logistics park staff heard the music in the work of physical,psychological and so on,the data were collected for analysis concluded after themusic is mainly in the physical,psychological and length of time,combined with thesummary of predecessors'research results and put forward reasonable suggestions.The main difficulty in the paper is the lack of research literature on the application ofmusic to logistics,and the main deficiency is the failure to carry out fieldinvestigation and comparison of other places.[Keywords]music rhythm logistics warehouse work efficiency
