Last kilometer of campus logistics quality research andsolution analysis--take the Zhongshan Campus ofGuangdong Pharmaceutical University as an example[Abstract]The 21st century is the golden period of Internet development,withthe change of people's payment methods and consumption concept,online shoppingwith its convenience and rich promotion,attracted a large number of consumers,andgradually formed an important way of shopping and even the main shopping methods.As the main battlefield of network consumption,colleges and universities are facingmore and more pressure on package processing.As the end of the logistics link,campus logistics has a direct impact on the shopping experience of students.However,the problems faced by the "last kilometer"of campus logistics are becoming more andmore prominent,which has formed an important reason for the healthy developmentof university logistics.Because such problems have not been effectively solved,notonly increased the cost of express delivery management,but also caused the chaos ofcampus order,so the efficiency and quality of logistics and distribution has beenseriously affected.In this paper,the vegetable and bird station in Zhongshan Campusof Guangdong Pharmaceutical University is the object of research,the quality ofservice scale is formulated,the last kilometer of the campus distribution problemanalysis is carried out by issuing questionnaires,field visits,literature inspection anddata analysis,and according to the current situation of the investigation,thecorresponding optimization countermeasures are put forward.[Keywords]Campus Logistics Last kilometer ExpressCountermeasures2
