Study on logistics model selection of cross-border e-commerceenterprises in Jiangsu provinceAbstractIn recent years,China's cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly,and thefollowing cross-border e-commerce platforms,logistics,and systems have graduallydeveloped.Cross-border e-commerce logistics plays an important role in cross-bordere-commerce link.As a major economic province in China,Jiangsu has a good level of foreigntrade.With the development and emphasis of cross-border e-commerce in Jiangsu Province,Jiangsu Province was approved to build five comprehensive test areas for cross-bordere-commerce including Nanjing and Suzhou.Although the development of cross-bordere-commerce in Jiangsu is well,however still can not satisfy the development of cross-bordere-commerce,including the incomplete construction of cross-border logistics,the uneveninternational flights and shipping routes distribution issues.For example,most of Sunan 'scommodities are exported from Shanghai,and there are not many logistics options for theexport of goods in the central and northern regions of Jiangsu.Therefore,in order to explore the logistics model suitable for cross-border e-commercein jiangsu province,this paper will use a variety of research methods and refer to a largenumber of literature and data.This paper makes a detailed introduction and comparativeanalysis of several commonly used logistics modes of cross-border e-commerce,and conductsquantitative analysis through analytic hierarchy process(AHP)based on the current situationof cross-border e-commerce in Jiangsu province,the current situation of cross-bordere-commerce logistics and questionnaire survey.Based on the above multiple perspectives andresearch methods,the paper analyzes the current logistics mode suitable for cross-bordere-commerce in jiangsu province.At the end of the article,through the above conclusions and the collected information,some of the current problems of cross-border e-commerce and logistics in Jiangsu Provinceinclude:inadequate logistics construction,high logistics costs,insufficient talent andtechnology and other issues.Also some corresponding measures are proposed for the problem.
