Optimization of medical consumables logistics managementbased on SPD model--a case study of zhongshan people'shospital[Abstract]As the medical system reform,the role of medical consumables in modernmedicine has become increasingly prominent,the traditional mode existing in themanagement of medical consumables title is also growing,such as rough management,informationization level is not high,"stock up"and "unavailable"coexist,medicalproblems,such as working time was taken,the traditional medical consumablesmanagement model not only improves the efficiency of management of hospital costis also reduced.It has become the focus and difficulty of hospital management toimprove the management level of medical consumables and reduce hospital cost bymeans of information technology.This article through to zhongshan hospital medicalconsumables management present situation investigation,analyze the problems ofmaterial management,and management of medical consumables in zhongshan citypeople's hospital as an example,to medical consumables management based on thepattern of the SPD has carried on the exploration and analysis of its reference SPDmodel after using effect,and the problems in the implementation process of the SPDmode analysis and propose solutions,for other hospitals need to introduce the SPDsmart supply chain system to provide the reference.The application of SPD model hasrealized the informatization management of the whole process of medicalconsumables.While tracking the whole process of medical consumables,it has alsostandardized the process of in-and-out storage and settlement of medical consumables,and improved the fine management level of medical consumables in zhongshanpeople's hospital.[Keywords]SPD;Medical consumables;Fine management;Wisdom supply
