北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design of soybean processing plant with annual output of 20000tonsAbstractThis design uses low temperature defatted soybean meal rich in protein,mixed flavor ofred bean and rich dietary fiber of oats and semen coicis,improve the previous soybean milkpowder single taste and nutritional function,design a new soybean milk powder with satietyand nutritional value.This paper makes a comprehensive study on the main equipment flowand operation conditions of soybean products processing plant with annual output of 20000tons,aiming at improving the single raw material of soybean milk powder,improving thenutritional value of soybean milk powder and improving the core competitiveness of theproduct.This paper describes the process of preparing soybean milk powder with defatted soybeanmeal,carries out the relevant model selection,and USES CAD software to carry out the plantlayout design.The cost and profit of producing soybean milk powder were estimated bymaterial balance calculation,and the feasibility of designing a soybean product processingplant with an annual output of 20,000 tons was demonstrated.Keywords:Defatted soybean meal;Soya-bean milk powder;Nutritional value;Dietaryfiber;Plant design
