AbstractDue to the outbreak of COVID-19,the way people buy big yellow croaker haschanged.In order to understand the sales olarge yellow Croaker (PseudosciaenaCrocea)on-line and off-line in Ningde,a total of 925 reports were collected fromresidents of Ningde by randomly sending 1,000 questionnaires due to the outbreak ofCOVID-19,among them,822 valid questionnaires.The results show that the numberof people buying online is larger than those buying offline,and the majority of thepurchases are made by women.The ages are also concentrated in the 24-35 years oldand the education level is higher,the frequency of purchase is also concentrated inhalf a month,the use of online platforms,the popular platform of today,from foodsafety,online food Factor of safety are also getting higher;from the price point ofview,online prices more favorable;In terms of processing,people are more willing tobuy refined products;in terms of the online purchases made by the researchers,theonline products are more diversified and the after-sales service and transportation aremore convenient.Based on the above results,we believes that managers shouldfollow the characteristics of the development of the times,vigorously develop onlinesales in Ningde,improve the development of online platforms,and perfect theformulation of relevant laws and regulations.Keywords:COVID-19;Ningde;Online shopping Offline sales;Large YellowCroaker;Questionnaire
