盐城工学院本料毕业设计(2016)Factory design of Annual treatment of 5000 tons mangoABSTRACTMango is one of the most popular fruits,which is widely popular.For many years,people's love for mango has always been decreasing.At present,mango consumption issecond to none in the world,and it is also the raw material for consumption.In 2014,theworld mango production has exceeded 25 thousand tons,far more than other fruit andbeverage.Mango is a unique agricultural product in the south of China.It has a high nutritionalvalue and has a health care effect.Rich mango resources in China provide a good source ofraw materials for the establishment of drinks and related food factories.In this design,theproduct is positioned as a mango raw material with a wide market prospect,with an annualoutput of 100 thousand tons.According to the design task book,the production process isdesigned and the process is calculated,and the key equipment and energy consumption arecalculated.The broad market of the product provides a good guarantee for the survival anddevelopment of the factory.Keywords:Mango;process calculation;workshop design
