AbstractFast-food ground shoot egg soup is a delicious leather cystworm as raw material,throughvacuum freeze-drying technology made of convenient food.This design is based on theproduction process of quick-food ground shoot egg soup for the factory with an annual outputof 5.1 tons of instant-eating ground shoots egg soup.The design content mainly includes theprocess design and non-process design.The process design part includes:the determinationof product plan,the determination of the process,the calculation of materials,the selection ofproduction equipment,the calculation of water and electricity balance in the workshop andthe whole plant,and the layout of the main production workshop.At the same time,therefrigeration design includes the calculation of thermal load between quick freeze and stagingroom,and the selection of refrigeration equipment.Non-process design mainly includes:thechoice of plant site and the layout of the whole plant.Keywords:delicious leather cysts;instant-food ground shoots egg soup;factory
