青岛理工大学学士学位设计AbstractThe bidding document refers to the response document of the bidder who has theability to undertake the bidding project in accordance with the requirements of thebidding document.In the bidding document,the bidder shall put forward substantiverequirements and respond to the bidding document.This graduation project is to take aRiverside Garden residential reconstruction project of a city as a case to prepare thebidding documents,project,Using GCL GGJ GBQ project,Menglong bim5d and othersoftware of Guanglianda to compile the graduation design tender.This graduation project is the preparation of bidding documents for thereconstruction project of Riverside Garden residents in a city.Through this graduationproject,combined with basic and professional knowledge learning,as well as theprevious practice,the knowledge learned can be applied to practice to solve practicalproblems.The commercial proposal of the design includes the identity certificate ofthe legal representative,the power of attorney of the legal person,the manualcalculation,the establishment of the model,etc.The reinforcement calculationsoftware establishes the reinforcement model,GCL civil engineering calculationsoftware package method is then introduced into GBq technical bid,including generalconstruction deployment and construction preparation,construction plane layout andmanagement,construction organization and schedule,construction scheme of mainsubdivisional works,etc.The technical proposal is the key point of this designThe construction key words tender;commercial tender;technical tender;quantities;construction scheme
