太子参提取物对大黄鱼GR的影响

AbstractGlutathione reductase (GR)is an antioxidant enzyme that plays a crucial role in the antioxidant systems of plants and animals.In order to study the influence of Chinese herbal medicineGR gene expression level,this experiment in large yellow croaker kidney as the research object,through group in the commercialization of bait adding different doses of radix pseudostellariae,dangshen,astragalus,licorice,Chinese wolfberry,medicinal indianmulberry root,atractylodes,angelica,poria cocos,such as Chinese herbal medicine,and the feeding cycle was 30days.using real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR technology analysis of GR gene expressionlevels in different groups.The results showed that,compared with the control group,glutathione reductase gene expression in the experimental group decreased to different degrees.The expression of GR gene in the E2 and E3 groups decreased the most(72%),and that in the El group decreased the least (38%),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The results of this study provided basic data for the application of Chinese herbalmedicine as a bait additive in the feed of Chinese croaker,and also provided the basis for thepreliminary study of Chinese herbal medicine as an immune booster for fish.Keywords:Chinese herbal medicine:croaker:glutathione reductase,:gene expression
