北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Annual output of 5 thousand of nougat factory designAbstractNougat is a kind ofegg white,syrup,nuts and other raw materials through mixing gasprocessing and semi soft candy,also known as protein sugar.Nougat and displays rich milkflavor and full of nuts,both in flavor and taste can meet the requirements of the majority ofpeople on the snacks.In order to enrich the flavor and taste of nougat in the originaltraditional formula,the nougat is designed by adding cranberries,basting wood and crispcookies to the raw materials,so that the product has a unique flavor.Compared withtraditional processing mode,consider the design innovation on the original traditional formula,the product scheme,process flow,equipment selection was improved,the site selection,material balance,balance of water and electricity planning and workshop do simpleinstructions,and the economic benefits are simple calculation.The nougat factory designadheres to the design philosophy of putting people first,safety first and quality first,andfinally achieves the factory design goal of producing 5,000 tons of nougat annually.Keywords:Nougat;Process flow;Factory design;Equipment selection
