北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Annual Production of 8000 tons of Nutritional Cereal FactoryDesignAbstractWith the rapid development of social economy,the consumption level ofresidents is also constantly improving.People no longer simply pursue food andclothing,but realize the importance of health food to human health.Because of theunreasonable diet and the low intake of dietary fiber,many modern diseases haveemerged,such as diabetes,obesity,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Dietary fiber is known as the "seventh nutrient element"in the world,and oats,as aproduct containing excellent dietary fiber,provides new resources for the innovationand development of health food,so its market potential is beyond doubt.The mainresearch direction is to reduce the calories of nutritious cereal and make the cerealtaste no longer monotonous,making it more healthy and nutritious.The main researchdirection is to select domestic high-quality oats,konjac,wolfberry and otherlow-sugar healthy raw materials,and produce an annual output of 8000 tons ofnutritious cereal.Factory process design not only includes plant site selection,production process flow chart,material balance,design and selection of equipment,but also includes the layout of the whole plant,the general layout design and threewaste disposal and other contents.Key words:oats:low sugar:craft:design
