本科论文AbstractEnglish education is a compulsory course in basic education in China,mainly including listening,speaking,reading and writing.Among them,writingas one of the four basic skills is an important measure of a student's Englishlevel.The assessment of student writing is a necessary part of writing teachingScholars have been paying extensive attention to this.In the 1970s,the process teaching method began to receive more and moreattention.The process teaching method pays more attention to the writingprocess itself rather than the writing result.In the English writing teachingprocess,peer assessment is one of the writing guidance methods that teachersoften use in recent years.It is different from the teacher-centered one-wayassessment.Many scholars have applied the method of peer assessment to theteaching of English writing to try to prove its effectiveness.But throughliterature review,it has been found that there are more studies on highereducation and relatively less on junior high school students.At present,theinternational research on peer assessment mainly focuses on the test of students'writing performance.But they rarely turn their attention to the research on thecurrent problems of peer assessment.Peer assessment,as one of the forms ofEnglish writing teaching,has many problems in junior middle school Englishwriting teaching.The purpose of this research is to analyze the problems in themethod of implementing peer assessment in English writing teaching in juniorhigh school based on teaching practice.The author will discuss the reasons forthese problems and propose reasonable solutions and implementationsuggestions for these problems.Through this study,the author believes that peer assessment can promotejunior high school English writing teaching to some extent.However,sincejunior high school students are still deficient in all aspects of abilities,teachersshould play a good role as the organizer and supervisor when implementing peerassessment.Keywords:peer assessment;English writing;junior high school students
