The research of the technology and stability of sugar-free glycineferrous chewable tabletsAbstractBy using glycine ferrous as the main raw material,the optimum formulation of glycineferrous chewable tablets was obtained by experimentally selecting the amount of sugaralcohol,acid flavor agent vitamin C and filler milk powder and sugar alcohol.Thenon-glycine ferrous chewable tablets prepared by this formula have the same color,smoothsurface and good hardness,and can supplement iron for human body to meet the humanbody's demand for iron.Masticatory tablets were prepared by wet granulation process.In order to make the materialhave better fluidity and compressibility,the drying time,the drying temperature and theconcentration of wetting agent ethanol were tested,finally determined that the drying time ofgranulation is 110 min the drying temperature is 50C,and the wetting agent ethanolconcentration is 85%.optimizing the granulation process conditions can improve thegranulation effect.Different packaging materials were selected to pack chewable tablets,and the stability ofchewable tablets was investigated under normal temperature and high humidity.The bestpackaging materials were selected according to color,hardness and surface drynessPVC(place in composite bags).Keywords:Glycine ferrous;Chewable tablet;Technology;Stability study
