Workshop design of amoxicillin dispersible tablets withannual output of 200 million piecesAbstractAmoxicillin is mainly aimed at sensitive bacteria with pathogenicity.It iswidely used in the treatment of respiratory tract,digestive tract and otherdiseases caused by sensitive bacteria that do not produce B -lactamase strains.It has the function of sterilization,bacteriostasis and anti-inflammatory.Inaddition,it has a significant effect on the treatment of bronchial diseases inclinical medicine.Amoxicillin dispersible tablet has the advantages of rapiddisintegration,faster efficacy,small half-life and faster absorption by humanbody.It is superior to other preparation types in terms of convenience and safetyof drug taking.Therefore,this paper optimizes the design of amoxicillindispersible tablet workshop with an annual output of 200 million tablets.This design optimizes the traditional manufacturing process of amoxicillindispersible tablets.In the process of production,cross-linked polyethylenepyrrolidone solution and microcrystalline cellulose are selected asdisintegrating agents to make the disintegration of drugs more efficient,thewater is easier to penetrate after tablet pressing,and it is also conducive tothe dissolution of drugs.Because the particle size has a direct impact on theefficiency of drug dissolution,this design is improved on the basis of thetraditional process.The particle diameter is about 3/4 times smaller than thatof the traditional process.In addition,the design also includes the layout of amoxicillin dispersibletablet production workshop,the design of specific production steps,materialbalance,energy balance,and the selection of main production equipment.Keywords:Amoxicillin Dispersible tablets Workshop designMaterialbalance calculation Energy balance
