北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Production Process and Workshop Design of Lithium Cobalt OxideCathode Material with an Annual Output of 4000 TonsAbstractThis design mainly designs the solid-phase synthesis process for the production oflithium cobaltite cathode material.Although the current production of lithium cobaltite is verylarge,the academic articles on the modification of lithium cobaltite are usually found in thedatabase.The discussion on large-scale production of lithium cobaltite is rare.Moreover,withthe introduction of new equipment,the production process of lithium cobaltite can be furtherimproved.This paper discusses the key steps in the production process of lithium cobaltite,explores the use of new equipment in the old process,improves the inherent process,reducesequipment energy consumption,and improves production efficiency.In the workshop design,in the past,lithium cobaltite plants usually piled the whole set ofequipment intensively in one area,which caused dust pollution and noise pollution at thesame time,leading to occupational diseases of employees.In this design,the equipment withdifferent functions are separated by the workshop,and industrial dust remover is used for dust;equipment with low noise is selected for noise,and rubber pad is added to the sound sourceequipment,and then the pollution is minimized as far as possible through the sound-absorbingmaterial on the workshop wall.Finally,the cost calculation shows that the design plant recovery cost is faster,but itneeds a large number of funds.Key Words:Lithium cobaltite;cathode material;noise control;lithium cobaltiteproduction
