AbstractThe design task is in treatment of 60 million tons of methanol to olefins preprocessing section of the process design of the section design including absorption,resolution,compression,drying the basic steps and the basic steps are combined to formand processing section of the process.Produced in the reaction section is the reactionproduct of the mole fraction is composed of the following:4.40%H2,CO2 2.60%,1.30%H20,CH42.60%,0.39%C2H6,C2H463.65%,C3H621.96%,C3H80.27%,C4H82.60%,C5H12 0.23%because polymerization grade ethylene and design condition ofgrade propylene polymerization is very demanding to get,So in the process to remove themixture of CO2 and H20.The removal of CO2 and H20 is the main goal of the design ofthe section,after a period of time to watch some related data,design the annual 60 milliontons of crude methanol of low carbon olefin pretreatment process of section and usingCAD technique to drawn the process piping and instrument diagram and layout ofequipment.Then with modern chemical simulation software Aspen Plus in the processwere some of the material and energy balance,and according to the design task andworking environment temperature and pressure are relevant data of process pipe size andthe size and material of handsome choose.key word:light olefin,carbon dioxide,Water,Material balance,Energy balance2
