北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Process Design of Producing Biodiesel from Waste Oil withAnnual Output of 10,000 TonsAbstractWith the rapid expansiont of biodiesel industry,People give more attention to thestudy of biodiesel production technology.Therefore,various methods of biodieselproduction are developed.In the conventional industrial production of biodiesel inChina,one-step acidification process or acid-base two-step process is mainly adopted.Even if one-step process is simple and two-step process has low cost and highconversion rate Nevertheless,the traditional one-step acid catalysis process has thedeficiency of long reaction time and low efficiency,while the acid-base two-stepprocess route is extraordinarily complicated and overloaded.Therefore,this graduationproject changes the further acidification production process through temperature riseand pressure rise.Its main principle is to convert waste oil and methanol in a sealedpressure-resistant container into fatty acid methyl ester more efficiently during esterexchange reaction.The process can better simplify the manufacturing technique ofbiodiesel,curtail the production time and raise the productivity.This design calculatesand produces high-purity biodiesel through reasonable material balance,energybalance and equipment calculation.And through the pretreatment,ester exchange,post-treatment and other technological processes to determine the productionequipment,Then the three wastes produced by this process are treated.Finally,designthe production workshop and draw up the map of the production workshop.Keywords:One-step acidification;Transesterification;Material balance;heatbalance
