北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Annual production of 50 tons of spiramycin fermentation workshopdesignAbstractIn order to realize the design of a 50-ton annual spiramycin fermentation plant,this paperchose spiramycin four-stage fermentation based on the research status of spiramycin'sstructural formula,biosynthesis,clinical application,fermentation process and processamplification Process,and analyze its fermentation medium,process control,air purificationsystem and medium sterilization process.Under the premise of using the existing basic data,the material balance is calculated for the fermentation plant and the downstream processingstage.In addition,equipment design and type selection are carried out by calculating keyprocess parameters such as cooling consumption,steam consumption during heating andsterilization of the culture medium,and size and volume of the fermentation tank.In order toachieve the target output of 50 tons of spiramycin per year,the workshop should use 12mechanically stirred and ventilated fermentation tanks with an inner diameter of 2.9m,a tankheight of 7.25m and a nominal volume of 50m3,and place the tanks in two batches every day.According to the determined process flow and equipment selection,draw the workshop layoutdrawing on the premise of meeting the requirements of national and industry standards suchas pharmaceutical production quality management regulations (GMP).This programming isof excellent importance for enhancing the industrial productivity level of spiramycin.Keywords:Spiramycin;Fermentation tank;Workshop layout
