Production process design of 30000 T/a dodecyl dimethylabstractFatty amine is one of the most valuable derivatives of fatty acid in industry.It is widelyused in textile,building materials,mining and other industries as well as daily life.It is one ofthe important basic raw materials in fine chemical industry.This design is the production process design of 30000 T/a dodecyl dimethyl tertiaryamine.The mature one-step catalytic amination process of dodecyl alcohol anddimethylamine is selected to produce ethylene.Dodecanol and dimethylamine are selected asraw materials,cu60/8p is selected as catalyst,dodecanol and 1.5%catalyst of dodecanol feedmass are mixed into loop reactor,catalyst is reduced in hydrogen atmosphere,and then reactfor 3h-4h in stable dimethylamine intake air.Dimethylamine and trimethylamine,which areeasily soluble in water,are separated from the reaction products by washing.The dodecyldimethyl tertiary amine with 98%mass content was obtained from the top of the distillationcolumn,and the high boiling aggregate was obtained from the bottom of the distillationcolumn.Firstly,Aspen software is used to simulate and optimize the process,material balanceand heat balance are carried out for the reactor and distillation tower equipment,and then thereactor and distillation tower are calculated and designed on this basis.Type selection ofstorage tank,pump,heat exchanger,etc.Draw the material flow chart (PFD)and operationflow chart(PID)with control points.Finally,on the basis of equipment selection,according to relevant requirements andregulations,based on the premise of safe production,with the principle of environmentalfriendliness,with the purpose of saving.Design and determine workshop layout and plant siteselection,and draw plant layout.key word:N,N-Dimethyldodecylamine;Process design of dodecyl dimethyl tertiary amine;Loop reactor
