北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Annual Output of 8GWH Zhuhai Yinlong New Energy co.,LTD.Electric Bus Lithium Ion Battery Production Processand Workshop DesignAbstractThe demand and development of energy are constantly increasing,and the share ofmodern new energy powered vehicles in the market is also increasing,and it is developing inthe direction of becoming the main force of transportation tools.Lithium titanate(Li4Ti5012),which is called "zero-strain material"in the market,has a three-dimensional crystal structure,and its structure will not change during the charging and discharging process.Because of itsadvantages,it has become the main cathode material of the main power battery.This design toproduce 8 GWH silver long new energy co.,LTD.Zhuhai electric buses with lithium titanatebatteries for design purpose,design for the parameters of the market demand of power battery,lithium titanate as the anode,the ternary material nickel cobalt manganese acid lithium ispositive,the winding process,through the anode plate making,batteries are winding,into theshell,injection liquid,monomer battery into and aging process.The design determines thematerial flow data and equipment selection of the battery by determining the model of thesingle battery,and then describes the treatment and recovery of the three wastes.The size andlocation of the plant design from the geographical factors and production needs to determine,and then draw the relevant plant layout map and workshop layout map.Keywords:lithium titanate,zero-strain material,lithium nickel-cobalt manganate,winding process,three waste treatment.
